1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers via our webshop. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.


2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT.

  • Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before payment.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

  • Payment will be charged only when the item is shipped.

  • When using ViaBill or Anyday, their separate terms and conditions apply.


3. Delivery

  • We deliver to all EU countries (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Delivery is performed exclusively with PostNord.

  • Delivery time is stated during checkout and in the order confirmation.

  • Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.


4. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day you receive the item.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email: mcz@mcz.dk.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.

  • Items must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received.

  • Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days.

Note:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or goods where the seal has been broken for health/hygiene reasons.

  • Electronic spare parts are subject to special rules (see section 4A).


4A. Right of Withdrawal for Electronic Spare Parts

  • The right of withdrawal applies only to spare parts that have not been used, installed, or tested.

  • Parts that have been installed or used cannot be returned for a full refund.

  • If a returned item has been used or installed and its value is diminished, we reserve the right to:

    1. Refuse the return, or

    2. Deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund.

  • Customers must always contact us at mcz@mcz.dk before returning items to arrange the correct return procedure.


5. Complaints / Warranty Claims

  • Consumers have a 2-year complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

  • Items can be repaired, replaced, refunded, or subject to a price reduction, depending on the situation.

  • Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (within 2 months is always considered timely).

  • Contact us at mcz@mcz.dk and include pictures and your order number.


6. Manufacturer's Warranty

Certain products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Note: Packages without proper delivery cannot be accepted.

9. Complaints Procedure

All purchases from our webshop are subject to Danish law.
